Kumtag meteorite

It was discovered in 2008 near the Kumtag sand ridge in Hami City, Xinjiang Province. It weighs 4260 grams and is an ordinary chondrite. It is the first discovered desert meteorite that systematically collected complete field data and was internationally named.
