“Explore the Universe& Enjoy the Starry Sky” astronomy popularization winter / summer camp is a series of public welfare activities of Beijing Planetarium in winter / summer vacations, which aims to provide a platform for children who love astronomy to expand their visions, increase their knowledge and abilities. Beijing planetarium will hold one or two activities each year according to the registration. The activities usually include: astronomical knowledge lectures, identifying stars in the season, astronomy interactive class, knowledge and operation of astronomical telescope, ancient astronomy DIY series, as well as visiting Beijing Planetarium’s exhibition and watching astronomy films in the dome, etc. In addition, for the special astronomical phenomena of the year, we will arrange special activities.
